Kate McCracken has been a shareholder of Hoscheit, McGuirk, McCracken & Cuscaden since 2005. Kate concentrates her practice in commercial and residential real estate, real estate and civil litigation, contract, construction, and probate law.

 

Kate earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Wisconsin—Madison. Kate’s legal study occurred at Seattle University College of Law (formerly the University of Puget Sound), where she earned her Juris Doctorate. In 2006, she was admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States.

 

Kate is a graduate of Geneva High School and lives with her family in her hometown. She has always maintained a focused commitment to her clients and to her community. Kate currently serves on multiple Kane County Bar Association Committees and on the Board of Directors of the Fabyan Foundation.
