John Hoscheit is a founding shareholder of Hoscheit, McGuirk, McCracken & Cuscaden and has been practicing law since 1984. Mr. Hoscheit concentrates his practice in Real Estate, Commercial Transactions, Business & Corporate Law, Estate Planning, Personal Injury, and Civil Litigation.

 

John earned both his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Juris Doctorate from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In addition to being an attorney, he obtained the designation of Certified Public Accountant.

 

John maintains long-term commitments with his community. He is a graduate of St. Charles High School and has raised his family in his hometown. He served on the St. Charles City Council as Alderman and has served for the last 20 years on the Kane County Board. John also served as President of the Kane County Forest Preserve. He is the recipient of the prestigious 2016 Charlemagne award as well as the 2015 Commissioner of the Year award by the Illinois Association of Park Districts.
