John McGuirk is a founding shareholder of Hoscheit, McGuirk, McCracken & Cuscaden. John concentrates his practice in Civil Litigation, Municipal Law, Personal Injury, Commercial Transactions, Corporations, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Estate Administration.

John earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Dayton. He graduated cum laude from DePaul University in earning his Juris Doctorate.
He has been licensed to practice law in Illinois since 1975 and the U.S. District Court for The Northern District of Illinois since 1976.

John has served several terms on the St. Charles City Council as Alderman. He has also gained a peer rating of “AV” from Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating possible, by fellow attorneys for skill and experience.
