Douglas Cuscaden has been practicing Law for more than twenty-seven (27) years. After serving as a Felony Prosecutor for the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office handling numerous Trials including Jury Trials, Douglas has continued to focus his practice primarily on litigation, with a focus on Family Law. He joined the Law Firm of Hoscheit & McGuirk, P.C., in 1995, becoming a Partner in 2000.

 

Douglas is a Certified Guardian Ad Litem in the Family Law Division of Kane County, Illinois, and over more than the past two decades he has handled hundreds of Family Law matters including custodial and parenting disputes as well as complex financial issues.

 

In addition, Douglas handles other Civil Litigation as well as Criminal matters in Kane, DuPage, DeKalb and Kendall Counties.
